Nia… Dancing through Life

So many Stronger Seniors ask if I do dance exercise.. the answer is yes. I am a blackbelt instructor for Nia, which I teach in several venues including the Northwestern Memorial Physicians Group Center for Integrative Health and Wellness . Nia is dance and movement program that integrates the mind and body. The movements are designed to be joyful and organic, and combine cardiovascular, balance, coordination, and Tai Chi exercise that are easy to follow.
