Which Diseases Will Exercise help to Prevent

We have said for years that exercise can prevent over half of the chronic illness for those over the age of 65, according to the Center for Disease Control. Let's be more specific- what are these chronic illnesses?

Chair Yoga at Family Manor in Bethlehem, PA

I teach chair yoga at Holy Family Manor, an assisted living center in Bethlehem, PA, and needed a few more ideas to share with the folks there. They are between 65 and 99 years old. This Chair Yoga DVD was very good for inspiration.
