Training Session in Chicago

Another Aspect of my Mission- to train people who are committed to increasing the health and well-being of Special Populations. In this clip we discuss proper posture and how to recognize danger signs. Had eight, wonderful personal trainers in Chicago for a one-day training workshop. Participants received Continuing Education Credits from The American Council on Exercise and The Aerobic and Fitness Association of America.

Senior Take Fitness Into Their Own Hands

A group of Seniors in Hatboro, PA have taken it upon themselves to exercise on a regular basis. Marjorie Freimiller, a resident at Gloria Dei Farms leads a class of 16 seniors, all over the age of 80, three days per week. On Mondays and Fridays, they do chair aerobics and strength training with the Stronger Seniors Strength Program, Wednesdays they increase flexibility, mobility and range of motion using the Stronger Seniors 'Stretch' Program.
